Kalina Scott appointed as the new CFO of Ascom Group

The Board of Directors of Ascom Holding AG appointed Kalina Scott as the new CFO of Ascom Group.

Kalina Scott, who will also become a member of the Executive Board, will take full responsibility for her new position as of March 25, 2024, succeeding Dominik Maurer who recently left the Company.

As a proven financial expert, Kalina Scott (49) has a strong track record in international management and corporate finance and held group CFO positions in the technology and healthcare sectors. These include the CFO role of the Swiss-based duagon Group, and CFO of the SIX-listed Polyphor (now Spexis). Prior to that, Kalina Scott gained extensive experience in corporate finance, working for several international groups, including UBS and KPMG.

The Board of Directors and the Executive Committee welcome Kalina Scott and look forward to her contribution to the further growth and success of Ascom.
