As a key member of our Customer Care team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients by resolving escalated issues and ensuring a seamless user experience with our technology.


What Your Day Will Look Like:

  • Investigating and resolving advanced customer incidents by troubleshooting, researching, and collaborating with your team.

  • Responding promptly and professionally to assigned support cases.

  • Performing technical tests and validations based on established protocols.

  • Communicating with customers and internal teams to gather details and offer effective solutions.

  • Driving process improvements and contributing to ongoing service enhancements.

About You

You have a tertiary qualification in Engineering, Electronics, IT, or a related field, along with solid experience in technical support. Experience in healthcare or telecommunications is a big plus.

You’re a problem-solver, a strong communicator, and someone who’s passionate about making a difference through technology.
