We’re now looking for a Sustainability Data Specialist 50% to help shape a healthier, more sustainable planet.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive impactful sustainability initiatives across our global operations.
  • Improve sustainability data quality and monitoring. Analyze KPIs and report progress to senior management.
  • Collaborate with teams across R&D, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Product Management to enhance performance and reduce our environmental footprint.
  • Support CSRD/ESRS reporting (Ascom Netherlands), contribute to SBTi validation, and complete ESG ratings (e.g., EcoVadis, CDP).
  • Co-host workshops with senior leaders, aligning business functions with our long-term sustainability goals.
  • Monitor evolving regulations and trends, and support the creation of impactful content—from sustainability reports to corporate policies.

What You Bring

  • Background in Environmental Science, Emissions Calculations, or related fields. Familiarity with GRI, CSRD standards, and sustainability data management tools.
  • Experience in global companies, working with senior leadership. Strong project management, data reporting, and ESG documentation skills.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office and ESG reporting tools.
  • Strategic thinker, data-savvy, and highly collaborative. Comfortable navigating diverse teams and global contexts.
