Join us as a Project Manager, where you’ll oversee the end-to-end delivery of R&D projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving quality improvements. In this role, you will lead and coordinate activities within assigned projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance existing products, develop new solutions, and optimize processes. You will also ensure regulatory compliance, establish effective communication across teams, and maximize synergies between projects.

Your Contributions:

  • Professionally lead and manage R&D projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards, following Ascom's DLP process.
  • Monitor and enforce technical documentation quality and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Foster collaboration across teams to enhance project efficiencies and drive innovation.
  • Act as the primary communication link between projects, line organizations, and departments.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • University degree (BSc or MSc) in Business Administration, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in Medical Device Design and Manufacturing.
  • Project management certification (Prince2 Practitioner, PMP, IPMA Level B, or Scrum).
  • Previous experience in IT, telecommunications, or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of software development, requirement management, and system testing.
  • Expertise in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication, conflict management, and collaboration skills.
