Join our dynamic team and be a part of this mission as a Senior FP&A Manager for the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland, Austria). In this role, you will drive financial strategy, ensuring the fiscal health and growth of our operations in this key region.

What You'll Do
As a Senior FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for the financial and fiscal management of Ascom’s DACH companies. Your role will include:

  • Leading financial reporting, business planning, accounting, and budgeting efforts
  • Monitoring cash flows and ensuring compliance with Swiss GAAP FER and HGB accounting standards
  • Providing key insights to management through monthly financial reports, forecasts, and analysis
  • Coordinating the preparation of statutory financial statements and managing relationships with auditors and tax authorities
  • Overseeing financial IT systems and personnel administration, ensuring precise controls and effective processes

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly financial reports and analysis for internal use
  • Collaborate with the regional Managing Director to create annual budgets and mid-term plans
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and manage risks
  • Oversee cash flow analysis, sales commissions, and cost controls
  • Provide financial support to strategic initiatives and planning

What You Bring

  • MSc or BA in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 4-7 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Accounting, Planning, and Analysis in an international environment
  • Strong skills in MIS, advanced Excel, and Microsoft tools (e.g., AX 2012, D365, PowerBI)
  • Experience in B2B services, especially in healthcare IT, is a plus
  • Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
  • Certified Accountant qualification ("Bilanzbuchhalter") is a plus
