Order Administrator

We are looking for a dedicated Order Administrator to join our logistics team and ensure seamless processing of sales orders, invoicing, and delivery coordination.

Your Role

As an Order Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our global operations. Your main responsibilities include:

• Commercial processing and management of customer orders in the ERP system
• Initiation of purchase orders with our suppliers domestically and internationally
• Coordination and monitoring of logistical processes
• Creation of invoices for customers and handling complaints
• Processing incoming inquiries by phone and in writing
• Interface function between sales and service departments
• Creation and maintenance of master data

What You Bring

Education & Experience

• Minimum two years of experience in order administration, logistics, or a similar role.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in both German and English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain successful relationships.
• Experience working with ERP systems for order and logistics management.
